We served it with baguette slices as well as Trader Joe’s Rosemary Italian Style Crackers. The latter was especially delicious. Oh, and the rosemary oil is totally worth making.
A total winner in my house! Both my son and daughter love the tapenade. We had it with slices of toasted baguette and toasted homemade bread. Yum! And yes, do make the rosemary oil!

Any suggestion to use something else besides parsley in the rosemary oil? I’m not the biggest fan of parsley…how about basil? Hmmm….

I left the parsley out altogether.
