Just going to leave it here that the bechamel takes a bit longer than “1 minute” to become thick. I cooked mine for about 5 minutes then it still needed to rest and get fairly cool before it thickened enough to be spreadable.. (this is ridiculously good, btw)

I think mine took more than ‘1 minute’ too but not as long as 5. The bechamel thicken when it thicken… 🙂
