I double down on the Mousse on p. 258. American Test Founder Chris Kimball (the guy with the bowtie) says this is fantastic.

Ok I did not read the post thoroughly!!! I did not realize the May 20 post was planned- which is why I suggested the beet hummus (haha) that was not a dessert choice. Looking forward to seeing what is planned. Thanks for organizing this for all of us.

When we saw DL in NYC we were served the Salted Butter Caramel Chocolate Mousse….it was amazing!
