Hello, everyone. As we gear up for Food Revolution Day this Friday, spend a moment to nominate a couple recipes for June!
We’ll be posting 2 Fridays in June:
Friday, June 3
&
Friday, June 17.
What looks appealing besides, well, everything?

Okay, I will do the buckwheat polenta thing if someone will send me 2 TBS of cracked buckwheat. I’ll pay postage. I’m really into the Fattoush nomination because I’ve served Ottolenghi’s Baby Spinach salad (which is similar) so much that I need an alternative. I wouldn’t mind Lemon-Pistachio Israeli Couscous. Is the Chicken lady chicken a Spatchcocked Chicken? It seems complicated but sounds good. Sorry to make this into a commentary.
