  1. Hmmm.. Mine is a heavy, hard dough that I had to add a lot more (1/4 cup) water to in order for it to not crack. On its first rise right now and not looking like it’s rising at all. Not sure at all if it’s going to work out. The “starter” was like play doh, no “bubbling” at all (with 1/8 teaspoon of yeast I would have been surprised). My fingers are crossed because I LOVE the sound of this!
