  1. Ditto what Ro said. These are fantastic. Be sure to butter (or, better yet, spray) the popover pan. These resist popping out if you don’t. I am so elated. I used Bob’s Red Mill Garbanzo/Fava Bean flour (only thing I could find) and Hungarian High-Altitude Flour and the recipe worked beautifully.
