  1. Those prosciutto chips (or whatever ham you used), never fare well when they go in for another round of heat for even 5 mins!

      1. Mardi, the first round of baking for around 10 mins, the edges were done but the centers were not dry enough. So I broke them into smaller pieces and clock in another 5 minutes, ending with some going to more of overdone!
