Happy Halfway through “My Paris Kitchen”!
As I was updating the “completed recipes” page, I realized we might just have made it past the halfway mark with our dear, intrepid Cook then Book Fridays crew. And, yes, November 2017 is the halfway point, time-wise! (Recipe-wise, it’s December 15, 2017.)
Some numbers, if I counted everything correctly:
21 months left
53 recipes remaining (this includes December ’17 recipes, as do all figures below)
6 Appetizer recipes
7 First course recipes
15 Main course recipes
October 4, 2019 = final LYL

December 15: Counterfeit duck confit (179)
(I put the duck second in case anyone had trouble finding duck legs)
December 29 “Extra Edition”: fennel, radish, orange, and crab salad (90)
