  1. I halved it (to serve one) and I realised that I had only quick cook polenta so I didn’t want to cook a tiny amount of buckwheat just for this (takes much more time than quick cook polenta). I also used mushrooms instead of sausage. So, I guess I didn’t really “make” this at all but It was pretty delicious!


  2. I had a bowl of comfort food for my breakfast this morning…. something yellow with poached egg and something bitter but not green! two out of three should suffice!
