Am finally on the mend and ambulatory so am posting the crab salad and David’s panetonne french toast. I’ve made the duck confit and potatoes and will catch up with that on the 19th. Happy New Year, Everyone, and Ro, just sit by the fire for a few days, we’ll wait!
Haven’t had a chance to attempt the eclairs yet, but wanted to post my take on these potatoes from a few weeks ago as a placeholder. This was one of my favorites!
