  1. Goodness, this makes A LOT. 10-12 people? Maybe if that’s all they are eating. I made it because I have 12 people for dinner on Monday but wish I would have paid attention to the amount of meat because it’s a LOT (as in one large loaf pan and two smaller loaf tins). I also forgot to cook mine in a water bath AND I had to take the larger portion out of the tin just before I put it in the oven because I forgot the figs. (I was trying to do this and the Baked Alaska for Tuesdays with Dorie at the same time – both multi step recipes…) so I hope it’s ok. It certainly smelled good but wow, SO MUCH!
