I made them (all that resting time and all) and yes, they (mostly) got the hump but some of them also stuck to the pan. I find that buttering, flouring and freezing the pan before I fill it works best so they don’t stick. Also, other recipes don’t have all those resting steps – I know there’s a science behind it but I thought it made a simple recipe a bit more complicated than it needs to be đŸ˜‰
