I halved the recipe and found it a LOT of parsley. I used 3 x the amount of bulgur called for in the full recipe and still could have used more. I’ll admit I’m more of a fan of the couscous-based dish of the same name, though it’s not the real deal. This was just a lot….
Hubby is having it for lunch today. I used couscous instead of bulgerwheat, delightful

My recipe says 2 T of bulgur. Is that right? It doesn’t seem like it would be enough.

Cannot find Bulgerwheat in the freezer, and didn’t want to dig any deeper (😁) so couscous it was.
