I made Dorie’s Leg of Lamb and enjoyed quite the feast. Doing so also brought back glorious memories of Michael’s and my Easter and Passover celebrations. On Easter, he would do a Bone-in Leg of Lamb on the grill and we would have a big crowd, friends, the girls, if they could get here, and any local who didn’t have a seat at anyone’s table. Happy memories but lots of tears this week for all kinds of reasons. Stay safe, shelter-in-place, self-isolate, do it All. I swear I’m not going to surface until the end of June!!!
