Would not really recommend the stuffed peppers – batter doesn’t stick properly and you can’t really taste the shrimp. Lesson learned: Seize the day and when the market produce is there, buy it and work with it. Don’t wait!
Not what I intended to do, I made shrimp tempura with eggplant, mushroom and zucchini instead.
