  1. I have looked and looked but can’t see…. What do we do with the other half of the smoked salmon? Half goes in the milk mixture but what about the rest? Sorry, probably right in front of my eyes – I already bought the wrong kind of salmon yeserday so clearly am not reading properly!!

    1. on page 185 in my book it says in the “warm the olive oil” paragraph: “add the wine or vermouth…then remove the pan from the heat and stir in the herbs and the remaining smoked salmon.” then it all goes into the pan to be baked! (planning to make this today!)
