This is the season for turkey and cranberry. Here are my suggestions: 1) gingered-turkey meatball soup (to use up the leftovers) on page 75 and, 2) triple-layer parsnip and cranberry cake, which looks festive and celebratory, on page 266. LikeLike Reply
