Now that I have a supply of duck legs, I wouldn’t mind doing the cassoulet. pg. 195.
Also, the stuffed vegetables sound good.

I’m also happy for admins to call the cassoulet and duck fat potatoes since many people prob have duck fat and duck leftover 🙂 Also, I’m going to the land of the ducks/ duck fat so….

Does any member of this group have an issue with us subverting the nomination process one time only to make cassoulet and duck fat potatoes for January? Speak now or hold our peace. 😊

okay! The admins have consulted and all agree this sounds like a fine idea to have a duck-filled January. I’ll schedule the cassoulet second since it’s the more complex recipe.
