  1. Welcome, Diane. Glad you are now aboard. I am sure your son is a young man now rather than the little boy I saw in California years ago.

    Happy Valentines Day. I did not make this week’s recipe – on-the-road and no kitchen for two weeks. I substituted with a corn soup. Easy peasy to make. I will be sitting in airports all day so will have a chance to read and comment on your post. This salad looked terrific 0 hope it was.
