I’m thinking Grilled Dry-Rubbed Rib Eye Steaks p 145(because we got some great meat from a butcher that was selling off its meat before they closed) and the Mediterranean Shepherd’s Pie p161 just because I have all the ingredients on hand!

i already made the lettuce soup! had some leaves starting to look a little wilty that i wanted to use quickly and not waste. if you try it, i offer a tip (depending on your preferred soup consistency): adding a medium sized diced potato to cook with the simmering liquid…i thought it needed that starch to give the soup some body when blended up.

I pulled out the ‘already completed recipes’ and I think I am making salmon burgers this week. I will be making modifications to the recipe that everyone suggested.
