I’m getting back on the wagon and made Ponzu Chicken: View this post on Instagram I haven’t posted anything since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, but I have decided it’s time. We all have to eat and are cooking at home, aren’t we? And we could all use some pleasant distractions. This month for #cookthebookfridays we are each picking our own recipes from #everydaydorie, recognizing that availability of ingredients could be an issue. I made Dorie’s Ponzu Chicken, to help use up some ponzu sauce I have. Served atop a bed of brown rice with sesame asparagus, it was a healthy and filling dinner. I tossed leftovers with shredded carrots, jicama, and spinach for a refreshing lunch the next day. Watch for more catch-up posts from me over the next few days! We made the ponzu chicken also but I used thighs instead of chicken breast and unfortunately it didn’t work out. Yours looks wonderful. LikeLike Reply
