Fabulous. Even without mustard.

I baked this tart three times last week. This is a delicious tart but my first two didn’t match the picture and that bothered me. In the third tart, which you see in my post, I used 1 cup of ricotta to a TBS of mustard. The presentation was fine but not like Dorie’s photo. My Comments section was not working but last night Go Daddy fixed and said it would be in order within 12-24 hours. Building a new platform is not easy.

Mary, unable to leave a comment on your blog 😦 Basically, I said that the recipe, as written, works. Well. It just doesn’t look like the photo in the book!
