Go to your blogger admin page, under “Settings”, select “Post, comments and sharing”. Under Comment section, there’s a “Who can comment?”. You can select your option from there. That’s it!

I’ve fixed mine from “only google account” to “anyone”. Sorry about that, been receiving lots of spam comments !

i also have a very hard time commenting on blogger accounts, and often have to give up, which makes me feel sad.
